Nikole Neidlinger, MD
Medical director
Dr. Nikole Neidlinger, UW OTD Medical Director, is a UW Health transplant surgeon and an associate professor in the Department of Surgery at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health. Her areas of expertise include kidney and pancreas transplantation and living and deceased donor recovery with research interests in pre-procurement conversations.

Matthew McCauley, MD
Associate medical director
Dr. Matthew McCauley, UW OTD Associate Medical Director, is a UW Health emergency medicine and critical care physician and an assistant professor in the BerbeeWalsh Department of Emergency Medicine at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health. His areas of expertise include emergency medicine, respiratory support, mechanical circulatory support, critical care echocardiography, organ recovery and donor care.

Jennifer Philip, MD
Associate medical director
Dr. Jennifer Philip, UW OTD Associate Medical Director, is a UW Health transplant surgeon and as assistant professor in the Department of Surgery at the UW School of Medicine and Public Health. Her areas of expertise include kidney and liver transplantation, deceased and living donor procedures, renal auto transplantation and abdominal organ failure with research interests in improving organ assessment and preservation techniques.
